The Port of Columbia has used the incubator building, speculative building and build-to-suit methods to create space for businesses and jobs for the community.  The Port of Columbia Industrial Park, located on the west end of Dayton adjacent to Highway 12, currently has a 2080 sq ft office building and available lot space.  Construction of a new industrial building is underway with work tentatively slated to be complete in late 2009 and light industrial space at the Port of Columbia's Industrial Park will be available in early 2010. Additional office space is available at the Seneca Business and Industrial Park located at the east end of Dayton. Blue Mountain Station:

One of the Port of Columbia's long term business development strategies is Blue Mountain Station - A natural and organic eco-food processing park.  Infrastructure work is scheduled to begin in 2011.
