The Port of Columbia’s Rock Hill Industrial Park is located on the west end of Dayton adjacent to Highway 12 and is home to 16 businesses. Currently the Industrial Park has limited vacant industrial building space, but has available an office building with 5 individual spaces for rent, as well as ample vacant land for Build-to-Suit options.
Newly available – Suite F in the Port’s Co-Working building is now empty and waiting for you. This is a 128 sq. ft. office with good natural light. It has one interior door and one window. If you open the Industrial Building #5 tab below you will find more details, including the rental rate.
