Blue Mountain Station Food Park

Blue Mountain Station is a new food processing park being development by the Port of Columbia. The site offers you an exciting opportunity to experience food like you never have before, bringing together regional artisan food producers, local produce, art and craft vendors, a commercial kitchen and a Co-op market providing local food, products and services to grow a healthy, sustainable community!

Artisan Food Center, 700 Artisan Way, Dayton

The Artisan Food Center is a 6,912 square foot multi-tenant food processing building that was paid for with a combination of grant funds, loan funds, and existing Port reserves. The building was constructed to Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) standards and is believed to be the first ever LEED certified food processing building in the state.

As part of the Artisan Food Center, a 1,152 square foot commercial kitchen is available to rent by the hour by any member of the public – from Dayton and any neighboring communities. Food & Beverage Processing Suites Available for Lease

A new building is currently under construction at the Blue Mountain Station Food Park. This building will house four 1,500 sq ft food and/or beverage processing facilities. Each space will have 16′ wall height, 22′ ceiling center clearance and 12′ overhead doors.  Spaces will be finished to suit and will lease between $.25 to $.50 per sq ft depending on  tenant improvements needed.
